The ideal candidate will bring 3–6 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate and timely payments across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of AP/AR or related accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP or AP automation platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile AP transactions and assist with month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement and other departments.
