Job summary

MTN Global in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to manage full-cycle AP, ensure accurate vendor invoices and employee expense processing, and uphold internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years AP/GL experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP or Workday. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2+ years in AP or GL in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports end-to-end.
• Perform 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly disbursement runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and AP reporting.
• Support internal controls and audit preparations.
