Job summary

KIHOMAC is seeking an AP professional in Byron, GA to handle daily accounts payable tasks, three-way match verification, coding, posting, and invoicing across Unanet. You will maintain vendor data, prepare accruals, and assist with month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance with DoD processes.

The role supports audits, tax reporting, and collaboration across remote locations. A high school diploma is required with preferred associate degree and DoD familiarity; strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with AP, DoD processes, and financial systems is a plus.
• Experience using Unanet or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily AP activities including three-way match, coding, posting, and entry.
• Enter invoices across multiple systems and maintain vendor data.
• Prepare AP accruals and assist with monthly close.
• Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support compliance, audits, and 1099/vendor records.
