Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Experience processing invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and financial transactions.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Experience maintaining vendor records and supporting vendor onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, credit card transactions, deposits, refunds, and other financial transactions.
• Review financial documents for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Support vendor payments, vendor setup, maintenance, and inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, accounts payable records, credit card activity, and assigned accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Monitor financial systems and assist with resolving data integrity issues.
• Support grant and program expense tracking and reporting.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding coding, purchasing procedures, and expense reporting.
• Assist with compliance documentation, contracts, licenses, and related business office activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal control processes.
• Assist with special projects and general Finance department administrative duties.
