Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join the CSS-Accounts Payable team. The role involves processing vendor invoices, check requests, and other payments with accuracy and compliance.

You will maintain vendor records, ensure timely disbursements, and support the corporate credit card program while upholding excellent customer service to internal departments and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Familiarity with computerized accounts payable systems.

Responsibilities

• Process documents for payment (invoices, credit memos, check requests) timely and accurately.
• Prepare payments and disbursements, including positive pay files and void checks.
• Compile and review vendor statements to confirm invoices and credits are processed.
• Maintain vendor master data and notify changes to existing data.
• Process vouchers to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Identify prepaid invoices and set them up in the ERP system.
• Support corporate credit card program and allocate/export transactions.
• Review error reports to resolve issues (RNI, vendor returns, Cost/Quantity errors).
• Provide data for databases to keep information current and accurate.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and colleagues by delivering high-level customer service.
