Keystone Precision Solutions is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Allentown, PA. You will own the full AP cycle, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong Excel/ERP skills, with a collaborative, no-nonsense environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with MAS 100/200 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from email review to MAS/SAGE 100 entry, matching to POs, resolving discrepancies, and printing invoices with packing slips.
• Run weekly ACH/check payment cycles and prepare checks for vendor payments.
• Enter customer deposit checks into MAS for Keystone and KeyNet.
• Review AP amounts against MAS pricing to catch errors before they become issues.
• Process monthly credit card expenses, enter payments, and manage receipt documentation.
• Maintain the company vehicle spreadsheet and review DLL Availability reports.
• Handle general office duties: phones, mail, backup AR coverage, and office supplies.
