Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to handle the preparation and processing of accounts payable voucher packages and payments for multiple corporations. The role requires attention to detail and timely processing.

The position is full-time with a daylight shift (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) in Cranberry Township, PA. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED, with preferred associate degree and experience with accounting software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience with Associate's degree, or 2 years related experience.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Experience with accounting systems; Sage and Intacct preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the preparation and processing of accounts payable voucher packages and payments ensuring that payment is timely and accurate for all vendors and employees who provide goods and services to multiple corporations.
