Job summary

Select Medical is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable Representative at our Mechanicsburg, PA campus. You will process high volumes of vendor invoices, ensure proper G/L coding, and route payments with accuracy using Markview and KTM in our Oracle system.

You will work M-F 8 am-5 pm on-site, with some flexibility. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for cross-department collaboration within healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; experience with accounting software.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain urgency.

Responsibilities

• Process large volumes of invoices with oversight to ensure accurate G/L coding, proper approvals, and timely payments.
• Enter payable information into Oracle using invoices from Markview and KTM.
• Code invoices using Chart of Accounts and seek help from AP Team Lead for accuracy.
• Obtain documentation for Payables (RFP) and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare checks for mailing in accordance with policy; handle vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
