• Maintain organized accounting documents including invoices, receipts and contracts.
• Perform clerical duties assigned by the accounting department.
• Foundational knowledge in finance and accounting and basic AP procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software and related systems for entry, processing and reporting.
• Strong communication with vendors, colleagues and management, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices; enter data into accounting software.
• Prepare payment runs and adhere to policies and deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records and assist month-end close activities.
• Manage the company’s credit card transactions and provide accounting support.
