Job summary

Champion Home Builder, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Leola, PA manufacturing facility. The role handles invoice entry, vendor setup, reconciliations, and monthly closings while supporting Corporate AP and divisions.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of related experience, with proficiency in Navision and MS Word/Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Navision experience is desired.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; experience with vendor databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter all invoices for payment.
• Maintain Accounts Payable files and vendor records.
• Process new vendor setup paperwork and submit to Corporate AP.
• Collaborate with Corporate AP to update vendor information and EFT setup.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and AP inquiries across divisions.
• Review vendor statements for outstanding items.
• Prepare AP reconciliation reports and account analyses.
• Assist in monthly closings and expense reconciliations.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
