Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for the Leola, PA manufacturing facility. You will handle invoice processing, vendor setup, and AP reconciliations in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Navision experience desired; proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter all invoices for payment.
• Maintain Accounts Payable files and vendor setup paperwork.
• Collaborate with Corporate AP on vendor management and changes.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Aid monthly closings and expense reconciliations.
