Job summary

Ledgent is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Woodland Hills, CA to manage heavy volume, full-cycle AP, and ensure accurate vendor invoicing and payments.

You will work with ERP systems such as MAS90/200/500, JDE, AS400, Great Plains, Oracle or SAP, and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams. 2-3 years of related experience required; MS Word/Excel proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel; ERP experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
