TURBOCAM is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to accurately process supplier invoices and payments, reconcile statements, and maintain supplier accounts. You will independently resolve discrepancies, follow internal controls, and look for process improvements across AP activities.

Responsibilities include matching invoices to POs, handling payment methods, and assisting with month-end close, while communicating professionally with suppliers and internal teams.

Formación

• Experience with ERP and electronic document management systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders, invoice processing, payment terms, supplier statements, and AP processes.
• Ability to research discrepancies and resolve routine accounting problems independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices through ERP, ensuring accuracy of numbers, dates, POs, terms, amounts.
• Monitor AP emails and respond to supplier inquiries on invoices, payments, and discrepancies.
• Match invoices to POs and receipts; investigate discrepancies and missing receipts.
• Reconcile supplier statements and research discrepancies, unapplied payments, and past-due items.
• Prepare weekly supplier payment reports for Accounting Manager review.
• Assist with month-end AP activities and maintain organized electronic records.
