Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle payables, process invoices, and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors across locations.

We value reliability, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The role requires MS Office proficiency and familiarity with SAGE accounting; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office software experience is required.
• Experience with SAGE Accounting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices accurately into the financial system for a multi-location company.
• Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email.
• Investigate and resolve issues with invoices and purchase orders.
• Research and resolve inquiries about account status and discrepancies.
• Perform bank statement reconciliation and assist with monthly closings.
