Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle AP experience.
• Experience in high-volume invoice processing.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp, SAP Concur or similar.

Responsibilities

• Process 200–400 invoices each week while ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment and vendor communication.
• Audit and process employee expense reports, verifying job coding and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize multiple accounting platforms, including ERP and AP automation systems, to support daily operations and ongoing system implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, coding issues, and vendor inquiries.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure efficient invoice approvals and accurate financial records.
• Provide occasional support for payroll-related tasks and special accounting projects as needed.

Pay Rate: $27-$32/hr

Qualifications:

• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing processes
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp, SAP Concur, or similar accounting systems preferred
• Strong Excel skills and overall system proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
