Job summary

Propel Recruitment LLC in Seattle is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join a close-knit accounting team. You will own the full AP cycle, process invoices, manage payments, and work with multiple entities while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong AP background, GL coding experience, and ERP familiarity, with Sage Intacct as a plus. This hybrid position offers a stable team environment and room to optimize AP workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands-on full-cycle AP background.
• Experience with GL coding, payment runs, and vendor management.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
• AP automation/process improvement experience is highly valued.
• Strong Excel skills; macros are a plus.
• Microsoft Power Automate exposure is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities across multiple entities.

• Handle vendor onboarding, verification, and ongoing vendor inquiries.
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and coding discrepancies.

• Help identify opportunities to streamline and automate AP processes.
• Participate in special projects and other accounting initiatives.

Accounts Payable Analyst | Seattle | $40-$46/hour | Hybrid

Propel Recruitment is partnering with a private Seattle-based organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join a close-knit accounting team.

This is a strong opportunity for an AP professional who wants more than high-volume data entry. You'll have ownership across the full AP cycle, work with multiple entities, handle payment processing and vendor management, and have the opportunity to help improve and automate AP processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities across multiple entities
