Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time direct hire in California.

The role supports high-volume AP in a manufacturing setting, processing approximately 500 invoices per week, and requires 5+ years of AP experience plus a Bachelor’s in Accounting. You will assist month-end close with AP accruals, reconciliations and journal entries, and be eligible for a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Process high-volume of 2-way, 3-way match and non-PO vendor invoices (≈500/week).
• Support month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• 100% Onsite.
