New Tradition, a premium out-of-home media company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing accounting team in Union Square, NYC. This fast-paced role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
You will own daily AP functions, perform three-way matching, process vendor invoices, coordinate payments by check, ACH, and wires, and support the monthly close.

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview: We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our expanding accounting team. This is a fast-paced role for a self-sufficient professional who thrives on managing multiple priorities with precision. We are seeking a detail-oriented problem solver with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the agility to think on their feet. This is a hybrid role working onsite four (4) days per week, with the expectation of standard office hours, client visits, and participation in events as needed.
