• Conduct physical inventory.
• Enter invoices into ERS System.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable functions: Applying payments, monthly invoicing, reconciling customer accounts/inquiries
• Create chargeback invoices as needed.
• Notifies accountant about pricing differences.
• Request aging reports from customers.
• Assists with annual external audit and other special projects as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
