Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle tasks such as processing invoices, managing payment schedules, creating expense reports, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and assisting in month-end closing activities with a focus on journal entries and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and maintaining detailed financial records
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing, tracking, and managing financial data
• Background in Finance and accounting principles
• Experience with creating and managing Journal Entries in accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software Yardi vonage and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus in
