• Knowledge of real estate development or investment analysis in residential or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings to cross-functional teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Miami, FL. The Financial Analyst will support real estate development projects by building and maintaining financial models, performing cash flow and investment analyses, and assisting with project feasibility studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, preparing internal financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for current and upcoming developments. The role will also involve monitoring market trends, assisting with loan and equity financing packages, and providing analytical support for land acquisitions and project underwriting. The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with development, construction, and executive leadership teams to inform data-driven decisions and optimize project performance.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide clear financial insights.
• Proficiency in finance and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Experience working with financial statements and financial reporting to support management and project stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling tools; experience with real estate pro forma modeling is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of real estate development or investment analysis, particularly in residential or mixed-use projects, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
