A well known growth company with international presence is expanding and hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for their Jersey City Office.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$77k - $84k

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Specialist with be responsible for the full cycle AP in a high-volume environment. Joining a team of 4, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be reporting into the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Manage the fully cycle AP.
• Process expenses and weekly payments.
• Weekly reconciliations.
• Assist in the month/quarter end close.
• Communicate with key vendors on payments and aging.
• Additional projects as needed.

Required Experience/Skills of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 4+ years of AP experience.
• Prior experience with full cycle and high volume AP.
• Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite, Concur or SAP.
• Ability to process high volume and meet deadlines.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
