In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and owning our full cycle accounts payable processes. This also includes providing additional accounts payable support to the Accounting Team. We're looking for a highly-organized, accountable (pun intended) team player who operates with efficiency, urgency, and discipline.
What You'll Do
- Create and update vendors
- Manage accounts payable transactions
- Review expense reports and ensure completion of the package
- Enforce compliance and payment process for vendors and subcontractors
- Answer vendor inquires related to AP matters and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain, track all W-9’s and responsible for year end 1099 filing
- Perform periodic review of AP aging
- Reconcile corporate credit card by making sure all receipts are collected and payments are made on time
- Assist in the periodic cash projection process
- Provide support to accounting department and operation team
- Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and thorough documentation
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 1 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information with discretion
- Experience with accounting software packages, Spectrum, a plus
