A leading wealth management firm is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations. This is a full-time remote position where you will ensure the timely processing of vendor invoices and maintain organized financial records while supporting the Finance department. Candidates should possess a degree in accounting or finance along with 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume accounting environment.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related financial tasks. This role supports the Finance department in maintaining organized, compliant financial records, strong internal controls, and various reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
