Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. We offer paid, on-the-job training to prepare you for success and career progression opportunities. The Accounts Payable specialist will be responsible for the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, reconciliation, vendor communication, and ensuring payments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Process team member expense reports.
• Record auto payments deducted from our bank account.
• Pay building rent monthly.
• Reconcile purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
• May pay property and income taxes depending on location.
• May split and bill shared expenses, depending on location.
• Complete and submit credit applications to set up accounts with new vendors.
• Create profiles for new vendors.
• Communicate daily with the Parts department for all price/inventory corrections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of accounts payable experience or two years administrative experience is preferred.
