Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Analyst (Project-Based)

Location: Remote (Only willing to consider candidates in the western US. Will work AZ hours.)

Type: 6 Month Contract/Temporary – Project Support

Pay: $20 HR

We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytically driven Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our team during a key project. If you thrive in a fast-paced, process-heavy environment and have experience in Transportation or Waste Management AP, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Interfacing with haulers via email and phone to resolve AP questions
• Investigating and researching billing issues, rate discrepancies, and code clarifications
• Documenting findings with precision and clarity
• Playing a key role in sorting and processing billing records

Ideal Candidate Has

• Experience in Waste Management or Transportation-related Accounts Payable
• Strong analytical mindset – someone who doesn’t just process but asks why
• Proficiency in Excel – filters, formulas, vLookUps are second nature
• Exposure to Salesforce is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to learn custom, in-house software systems (training provided)
