Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support the corporate accounting team. The role handles invoice entry, payments, and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment, driving accuracy and timely processing across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AP or accounting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong skills with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounting, Accounts Payable and/or data entry experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Deadline driven with high level of attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provides general support within accounts payable, including vendor management, coding, data management, payments, and managing invoices in the ERP system.
• Manage high volume of invoices and AP actions with timely payment processing and internal reporting.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between POS, AP software, and ERP system.
• Assist with special projects including M&A integration, system migrations, data audits, etc.

This position willbe responsible forinvoice entry,paymentsand reconciliation. ROLESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides general support within the accounts payable department including but not limited to vendor management, accurate coding and data management, administrating payments, and managing invoices in the company ERP system
• Strong ability to administer a high volume of invoices and accounts payable actions including timely payment processing, vendor management, internal reporting, etc.
• Completes daily reconciliation between point-of-sale system, accounts payable software, and ERP system
• Completes monthly statement reconciliations ensuring data accuracy and calculations
• Strong level of relationship and communication skills to support various vendors with setup, payment status, questions/concerns, etc.
• Supports the accounting team with various special projects including M&A integration, system migrations, data audits, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned
