Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to join our Somerset, NJ office in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy and organization are essential. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of accounts payable experience, ERP system knowledge (PeopleSoft preferred), and the ability to contribute with minimal training.

This on-site contract role offers daytime hours, competitive pay up to $23.00 per hour, and opportunities to help refine processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems; PeopleSoft preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices against purchase orders and receipts.
• Review and analyze invoices, ensuring expenses are charged to the correct accounts and cost centers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Research and resolve invoice, purchase order, and payment issues.
• Support customer billing processes as needed.
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records.
• Protect confidential financial and vendor information.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely payment processing.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representativeto join our team in Somerset, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Accounts Payable experience, ERP system knowledge (PeopleSoft preferred), and the ability to quickly adapt and contribute with minimal training.

Fully on site- Somerset, NJ (Contract)
Pay: Up to $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week
Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
