Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a large Healthcare company in the Brent-wood area.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Verifying, approving, and coding invoices
• All Accounts Payable functions including accurate preparation of payments for approved invoices and contract payments.
• Processing 300+ invoices a week
• Maintaining accurate files
• Special Assignments through the company
• Communicating with vendors and management team

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable Experience is required
• At least one years experience working with 1099s
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Kronos soft wares
• Attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi task
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
• Ability to pick up on software systems quickly

Additional Information

This rewarding job is a Monday thru Friday work week ( 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m). The pay rate for this job will be $18.00 per hours
