Job summary

Financial Additions, Inc. is seeking an AP Specialist for a long-term contract role in north Dallas. This onsite position offers a standard workday with a fixed lunch break, and responsibilities include managing AP processes, vendor communications, and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of full-cycle AP experience, proficiency with SAP or similar ERP, and strong analytical and communication skills. High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' full cycle AP experience in a high-volume environment with 3-way matching.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system; intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Analytical and able to research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor, punctual, reliable, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

This is an onsite position that offers a 30 minute OR 60 minute lunch break which allows you to choose between a 7.5 or 8 hour work day.

Responsibilities

• Process Non-PO and PO invoices Verifiy invoices, payment requests, and routes for coding and/or approval.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policy
• Assist in month end closing and audit inquiries
• Handle all phone calls and correspondence related to A/P

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' full cycle AP experience in a high-volume environment using 3-way matching, and had reconciliation duties
• Experience using SAP or other similar ERP system; intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)
• Analytical and able to research and resolve account discrepancies
