Responsibilities

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly.
• Maintain vendor files and update vendor information as needed.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts payable reporting.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and payment questions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with prior accounts payable experience who is looking to join a stable and growing organization.
