The Beaver Excavating Co. in Canton, Ohio is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day AP tasks, ensuring invoices are accurately coded, entered, and paid on time while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Responsibilities include matching invoices to purchase orders, coding receipts, data entry, researching and resolving AP issues with vendors, and coordinating with internal departments. Strong MS Office skills and excellent organizational abilities are required.
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable process by ensuring invoices are accurately coded, entered, and paid in a timely manner while maintaining positive vendor and internal relationships.
