Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Accounts Payable Regional Manager for the Americas to lead the full-cycle AP process across the region. You will drive timely payments, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with procurement, IT, and the global AP team to optimize operations.

You will manage performance through dashboards, resolve blocking issues, and support regional travel and expense processes, with a focus on accuracy and audit readiness in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, preferably in a multinational or shared services setup.
• Strong knowledge of Americas regional finance practices, tax rules, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Concur.
• Proficient in Excel with dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support statutory and regulatory requirements and audit readiness across regions.
• Participate in global/regional projects to standardize AP practices.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the entire Accounts Payable process for the Americas region, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made promptly and according to regulations.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve PO invoice coordination errors (coordinated and non-coordinated).
• Drive backlog reduction related to PO automation by collaborating with procurement, IT, and processing teams.
• Manage intercompany settlements for Americas entities.
• Monitor performance through dashboards and reports on important metrics to build accountability for the processing team in India. Ensure leadership has full insight into backlog, exceptions, and regional AP performance.
• Own and resolve all Americas blocking issues, collaborating with internal partners, vendors, and the global AP team to drive resolution and process improvement.
• Coordinate payment scheduling and processing of vendor and rental invoices across Americas countries.
• Conduct monthly GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) monitoring and reconciliation in alignment with GL expectations.
• Serve as the regional Concur Administrator, managing user support, policy application, and blocking issues.
• Coordinate regional travel and expense submissions, focusing on exception management and inquiry resolution.
• Support statutory and regulatory requirements for each Americas country, ensuring accurate documentation and timely audit response.
• Participate in global and regional projects aimed at improving processes, driving automation, and aligning AP practices across regions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Americas regional finance practices, tax rules, and compliance regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Concur.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Proven track record of handling customer issues and process exceptions with composure and accountability.
• Demonstrated experience working with offshore teams and shared service models.
• Analytical problem solver with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
