Aristocrat Leisure is seeking an exceptional Accounts Payable Regional Manager for the Americas to lead the full-cycle AP process, ensuring timely invoices and compliant payments. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with procurement, IT, and processing teams across multiple regions.

The role requires 5+ years in AP/finance ops, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), Concur, strong Excel skills, and proven cross-cultural communication. On-site role in Las Vegas with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Experience with multinational/shared services environments.
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle) and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire Accounts Payable process for the Americas region, ensuring invoices are processed and payments made promptly and in compliance with regulations.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve PO invoice coordination errors.
• Drive backlog reduction related to PO automation through collaboration with procurement, IT, and processing teams.
• Manage intercompany settlements for Americas entities.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and reports to build accountability for the AP team.
• Own and resolve regional blocking issues, driving resolution and process improvements with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate payment scheduling and processing of vendor and rental invoices across Americas countries.
• Conduct monthly GRNI monitoring and reconciliation.
• Serve as regional Concur Administrator, managing user support and policy adherence.
• Coordinate regional travel and expense submissions, focusing on exception management.
• Support statutory and regulatory requirements for each Americas country, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Participate in global/regional projects to improve processes and drive automation across regions.
