Job summary

YQN Logistics in Port Reading, NJ seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoicing, reconciliation and vendor communications. 1–2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills and attention to detail are required. Bilingual Mandarin and English are required. This on-site role offers a path to process improvements in AP workflows.

You will collaborate with accounting, billing and operations to resolve discrepancies and ensure auditable records.

Qualifications

1–2+ years in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
Solid knowledge of invoice processing and AP reconciliation.
High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Bilingual Mandarin and English required.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Timely collect vendor invoices and validate information with departments; resolve issues.
Maintain clear reconciliation spreadsheets and tracking records.
Assist with reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards and AP ledgers.
Provide schedules and supporting documentation upon request.
Collaborate with accounting, billing and operations to resolve discrepancies.
Adhere to payment-approval procedures and internal controls.
Ensure transaction records are auditable and traceable.
Support improvements in AP processes and document management.
Identify repetitive tasks and propose improvements; assist with automation testing.
