Job summary

YQN LINK in Port Reading, NJ is seeking an accounts payable specialist to support vendor invoicing and reconciliation activities. You will validate data with business departments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate tracking records.

You will collaborate with accounting, billing and operations to ensure timely payments, adhere to internal controls, and help optimize AP processes. Mandarin-English bilingual capability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
• Solid knowledge of invoice processing, AP reconciliation and payment workflows.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Mandarin-English bilingual required.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with warehouse or logistics systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely collect vendor invoices and validate information with business departments.
• Identify and resolve missing transactions, duplicate charges and errors; reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain clear reconciliation spreadsheets and tracking records.
• Assist with reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, AP ledgers.
• Provide accounting schedules and supporting documentation upon request.
• Collaborate with accounting, billing and operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to payment-approval procedures and internal controls.
• Assist in optimizing AP processes and automate workflows as needed.
