Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing, hardware, or technology environment preferred.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match POs to receipts, and ensure timely payments.
• Generate and track customer invoices in alignment with contracts.
• Assist with month-end close activities and maintain records.

Skills

2–4 years of experience in accounts payable

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)

Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

Strong communication skills
