Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or ERP systems; adapting to new software is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to support daily business operations.
• Receive and review vendor invoices, enter data accurately, and ensure timely payment processing.
• Generate customer invoices and assist with billing activities to maintain accurate account records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial recordkeeping and reporting activities.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, inside staff, and outside sales representatives regarding account questions and payment matters.
• Support administrative and operational functions by maintaining records, updating databases, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
