Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to support daily operations.
• Receive and review vendor invoices, enter data accurately, and ensure timely payment processing.
• Generate customer invoices and assist with billing activities to maintain account records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial recordkeeping and reporting.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, inside staff, and sales reps regarding account questions.
• Support administrative and operational functions by maintaining records and updating databases.
