Gerald Honda of Countryside is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist to manage payables, receivables, and related financial duties. Experience with Dealertrack in a dealership setting and a customer-service mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dealertrack in a dealership environment is required.
• Ability to identify and analyze financial issues in accounts.
• Customer-service oriented mindset appropriate for dealership finance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute Accounts Payable checks.
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts receivable.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
