Vizion Crane & Industrial Support LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoices, expense reports, and timely payments. The role requires detail orientation, budgeting understanding, and strong accounting knowledge. You’ll support audits and collaborate with departments to resolve account issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills to maintain accurate books and fiscal compliance.

Formación

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business.
• A proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
• A positive and can-do attitude.
