Job summary

IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations. You will handle a high volume of invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

The role requires an Associate degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Management and at least 3 years of AP experience, with NAV AP module and Excel skills highly preferred. This is an on-site position in Illinois with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management required.
• Minimum 3+ years accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with NAV AP module and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Verify vendor accounts and resolve PO/invoice/payment discrepancies.
• Post AP entries, reconcile accounts payable, and assist with month-end close.
