Qualifications

• Experience with AP/AR, depreciation, and sales tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process invoices, payments, deposits, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain depreciation schedules and tables.
• Assist with monthly and year-end accounting activities.
• Prepare and file sales tax reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, spreadsheets, and financial tracking.
• Assist with account reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
• Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed.
• Assist with HR-related responsibilities, including employee records, onboarding, payroll support, and other HR administrative tasks.
