Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of related work experience, two of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and a high school level education; or two years of related work experience and an Associate's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficient in preparing and entering financial transactions with high accuracy; strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with accounts payable, and customer service; ability to resolve inquiries using judgment and resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and reconciles financial statements and prepares reports.
• Serves as a source of information on financial policies and departmental activity.
• Monitors and may approve account expenditures; maintains financial records.
