KDF Technologies, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing/Accounting Clerk to join our Northern New Jersey team. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, processing invoices, managing vendor and customer records, and assisting with month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong attention to detail. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
• Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain vendor and customer records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and documentation.
• Support audits by gathering requested documentation and reports.
• Assist with inventory and fixed asset recordkeeping as required.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payment status and account balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate accurate financial recordkeeping.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
