Job summary

SNI Companies in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Accounts Payable Processor for a high-volume, temp-to-permanent role onsite during the temporary period.

You will process 60–80 invoices daily, code vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies while using Excel and paperless AP systems. The position offers medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) and growth into Staff Accountant opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive, numbers-driven work.

A stable Jacksonville organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor for a high-volume, temp-to-permanent opportunity.

• $19–$20 per hour
• Temp-to-permanent
• Fully onsite during the temporary period

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 60–80 invoices per day
• Code and verify vendor invoices
