Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services in Houston, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to join a precision-focused AP team. You will match invoices to supporting documents, code to the correct GL accounts, verify approvals, and process inventory and expense invoices while maintaining timely payments and taking discounts where possible.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience, strong math skills, accurate data entry, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, including accruals.
• Strong math skills, accurate data entry, and comfort working with high-volume numbers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Great Plains/Dynamics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices to supporting documents, resolve variances, and code to the correct GL accounts.
• Verify approvals, process inventory and expense invoices, and ensure sales tax accuracy.
• Maintain AP schedules, take discounts on time, and complete month-end accruals.
• Reconcile vendor statements, manage 1099 documentation, and keep records audit-ready.
