Job summary

iBuy is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk in New Jersey to join our corporate finance team. You will manage outgoing payments, ensure accuracy in invoicing, perform three-way match, and uphold internal controls to support vendor relationships and timely settlements.

In this role you will prepare ACH, wire, and check payments; reconcile statements; communicate payment statuses to vendors; and assist with month-end close.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices using a three-way match process.
• Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Assist with month-end Accounts Payable closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Provide general support to the accounting department as needed.
