Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities.
• Process vendor payments, accrue expenses, reconcile accounts, and administer payments.
• Prepare and mail A/P checks and maintain scanning priorities.
• Update bank ledgers and assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
• Receive, code, post, and scan deposits; assist with month-end close.
• Maintain accurate accounting documents and support audits and 1099s.
• Research and resolve discrepancies; provide accounting support as needed.
