FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking an AP Coordinator to manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate vendor payments and timely processing. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving and operations teams to resolve issues, maintain vendor records, and support internal controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP and accounting processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and code them correctly in Oracle ERP.
• Perform 3-way matches and resolve discrepancies.
• Process weekly payments including checks, ACH, and wires.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations.
